COST TO YOU . . .
Cost: Full service, self-service, hourly
Most so-called, tax-solving services want you to believe that they are giving you the full treatment for the best price, compared to the competition. What they neglect to mention is the fact that they are not giving you the full, hands-on service from start to completion of a successful Offer. Odds are the quality of service is not superior to what I can offer and the cost would be much higher. Furthermore, we are very flexible in working closely with you in working out a reasonable payment arrangement that will not burden you financially.
Full service
We will handle your IRS tax problem(s), take you through the appropriate steps, and represent you from our initial conversation to a final, successful resolution to your Offer. This will include
A complete, signature-ready Offer in Compromise [OIC] package,
Complete Power of Attorney [POA] to represent you,
Unlimited technical support,
Telephone consulting advice,
Questions and answers,
Faxing, e-mail and written correspondence regarding your case.
All this, with no additional cost to you … $2,500.
Self-service
This is what the majority of the other types of tax-solving services offer, with the exception that we take you through the appropriate steps in submitting your Offer. Technical support and advice throughout the process is limited; however, the difference of this service is that you are proposing the Offer in Compromise to the IRS. In other words: we cannot represent you, but we can still advise you because there is not a Power of Attorney involved in this process.
This is the least expensive method, at a cost of … $500.
Hourly and additional expenses (Travel expenses very rarely occur.)
Typically, This includes:
Abatement settlement,
Innocent spouse,
Payment installment plan.
We also offer alternatives in settling tax problems for those who do not qualify for an Offer in Compromise [OIC].
Hourly prices will be quoted on the particular circumstances of the problem.
Don't give up! There is nothing to lose except your IRS problems.
